HIP - High Intensity Power Pilates

 Let’s Get Moving

If you love the precision of Pilates but would like to combine it with a more intense cardio workout, why not join one of my HIP Pilates™ – High Intensity Power – 50-minute classes?

Designed to deliver an all-over body workout, my HIP Pilates™ classes are structured around a series of movements aimed at improving your balance and co-ordination, building your strength and mobility, and through the use of a pair of light hand weights, increasing your cardio endurance and recovery.

HIP Pilates™ is a high energy, fun workout. All you need is Pilates experience (at least beginners’ level) – and a mat!
