Pilates benefits overall strength, flexibility and mobility and will help to restore correct posture and balance. The rigorous training of Body Control Pilates has equipped Jane to assess and progress individual clients’ needs and adapt exercises accordingly. Working from the core muscles it conditions the body as a whole providing both physical and mental benefits.
If you are a pilates beginner or have an injury then you will need to complete a one-to-one induction session with Jane before joining a class. This will involve discussing how pilates can help you personally: She will run though your case history so she can tailor your pilates experience to suit your body type and needs, so you gain the maximum benefits from each session. This is a one off fee of £45. Please contact Jane to book.
